Adrian Herrera

Adrian Herrera has a wide range of experience in the IT industry. Adrian started their career in 2000 as an IT consultant, specializing in application development, database administration, UNIX administration, and project management. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Carlson Marketing, where they provided expertise in UNIX systems, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and disaster recovery. Adrian then moved on to Aimia Inc, where they worked as a Senior Application Architect, leading the architecture and design of projects and providing consultation to project managers. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Outsell as a Senior DevOps/Application Development and Release Management Engineer, responsible for designing complex systems and implementing infrastructure components. Adrian then joined NativeX as a Senior DevOps Engineer, focusing on infrastructure engineering and cloud-based hosting. In 2015, they worked as a Cloud Engineer at SPS Commerce, specializing in solution architecture and development using AWS tools and Docker. Adrian then joined mGage as a Lead SRE, where they were involved in various tasks and responsibilities. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Principal Technical Evangelist at Intuitive Technology Group. Most recently, in 2018, they joined International Decision Systems as a Sr. AWS Engineer. In 2022, Adrian became the Director of Global Engineering at Solifi.

Adrian Herrera attended Chaska High School from 1993 to 1997. Adrian then went on to study at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1997 to 1999. Lastly, they attended Metro State University from 2000 to 2002.
