Marc Huygelen

Marc Huygelen serves as the People & Culture Director for Central Europe at Solina since September 2025, overseeing a community of nearly 6,000 individuals dedicated to providing customized savory solutions within the food industry. Prior to this role, Marc held various senior human resources positions, including Head of Human Resources at Eastman Chemical Company from February 2017 to September 2025, Chief Human Resources Officer at Vinçotte from November 2011 to April 2016, and Head of Human Resources for Audi Brussels between September 2008 and October 2011. Marc's extensive experience in HR began with roles at Cummins, Zambon, Toyota Motor Europe, Tech Data, and Mars. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Vlerick Management School and a Law degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
