Karim Ajroud has worked in the finance industry since 2005. Karim began their career as a Financial and Administrative Manager at Halma plc, where they were responsible for driving the month-end close to ensure the financial data is accurate, presenting monthly results, budget variances and ad-hoc analysis, and providing business and financial reporting to senior management. In 2008, they moved to Dayco as a Financial Controller, managing the daily accounting and controlling processes, producing the financial accounts including the balance sheet and the income statement, and analyzing the trial balance and Monthly & Quarterly reconciliation. From 2010 to 2018, they worked at Microsoft as a Senior Financial Analyst, reviewing and approving monthly financial statements and all reporting requirements, managing short and long range financial planning, forecasting, analysis and control, cost analysis and financial reporting, and directing a team of two accountants and a financial Shared Services Team with two supervisors plus team of 7 covering AP, Disbursement, Buy Center, Record. Finally, Karim Ajroud has been a Corporate Financial Controller at Solink since 2019.

Karim Ajroud obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Institut Superieur de Gestion (ISG) between 2000 and 2005. Karim also obtained two certifications, ISO 9001 from AFAQ in March 2006 and Qualified Internal Auditor from AFAQ in March 2006.
