Linda Akpabio MSc, CSM® CSPO® has eight years of work experience in a variety of roles. Linda began their career in 2008 as a Business Development Executive at Equity Trust and Funds. In 2009, they became an Aninwezi & Co. Estate Surveyor. In 2011, they took on the role of Customer Relationship Consultant at Globacom. In 2014, they began working at Spantree Limited as a Team Lead- User Support and Administrative Specialist. In 2020, they joined Concentrix as a Senior Technical Advisor and Technical Support Advisor. In 2021, they became the Manager Customer Care Operations at Tonal. Her most recent role is as Manager Customer Support at Solink, which they began in 2022.
Linda Akpabio has an educational background that includes a MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Port Harcourt, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012. Linda also holds a BSc in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria, which they obtained between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from the Scrum Alliance, Certified Scrum Product Owner\u00ae (CSPO\u00ae) in September 2022 and Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) in August 2022.
