Laurent Delcamp

Laurent Delcamp has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Laurent started their career in 2004 at AREVA, where they worked in export and structured financing until 2006. From there, they joined Natixis and worked in project financing until 2009. In 2009, they founded Copropresta.fr & Copropresta-conseil.fr, which focused on the management of condominiums. Laurent successfully developed and sold this business in 2014. Additionally, in 2009, they also founded OPTIMAL SYNDIC, a company that specialized in syndic and real estate management. Laurent developed and operated this business until 2014. In 2014, they joined SERVACTIM as an associate, offering services to property administrators. In the same year, they also became an associate at XVAL, a company that provided evaluation solutions for businesses. In 2016, they became the CEO of SOLINKI, a network of independent recruitment consultants in France. Laurent held this position until the present. In 2016, they also worked as the General Manager at SEDEI, where they were responsible for management transition and restructuring. In 2018, they became CEO of ARAVIS AGENCE, an administration firm specializing in property management, transaction, and restructuring. Finally, in 2019, they became the owner of LE FORUM, an establishment in Annecy.

Laurent Delcamp has a strong educational background in various fields. Laurent holds a Masters degree in Financial Engineering from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. Additionally, they obtained a DESS (Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées) in International Business from the Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC). Prior to this, Laurent completed their Bac +5 degree in Marketing/Commercial at ISTEC, a prestigious institution. Laurent attended ISTEC from 1985 to 2006.
