Juan De Cardenas

Juan de Cardenas has over 15 years of diverse experience in finance and operations in managed healthcare, commercial banking, and real estate finance. A second-generation Cuban American, he was born and raised in Miami where he graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his MBA from Purdue University.

Mr. De Cardenas served as Chief Financial Officer for a local Medicare Advantage company based in Miami, managing finance, contracting, network development, and operations. He then went on to become a senior analyst at a national managed behavioral health organization, where he also served as the Outcomes Program Director, an innovative outreach program designed to capture member-reported behavioral health outcomes to better assist in delivering clinical care.
