Melissa M. has a strong background in human resources and benefits management. Melissa has held various roles, including Director of Compensation, Benefits & Payroll at Solis Mammography since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at NorthStar Anesthesia, P.A. from 2016 to 2019, where they developed and led a team of HR professionals and provided strategic guidance to divisional leaders.

Before that, Melissa M. worked as the Human Resources Benefits Manager at Associa from 2012 to 2016. Here, they managed a team and designed and evaluated benefits programs for compliance and competitiveness.
