Rachael Spencer

Rachael Spencer has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Rachael began their professional journey at Bodycote in 2003, where they served as a Financial Accountant for seven years. In 2010, Rachael joined Weir Minerals Europe Ltd, initially as a Financial Accountant before advancing to the position of Business Management Accountant and later European Finance Manager. Most recently, since 2016, they have been with Solo Containment Ltd where they have held the positions of Operations Manager, Financial Controller & ERP Manager, and currently serves as the Site Director.

Rachael Spencer attended BPP University from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Management Accountancy. Rachael completed the Cima Global program during their time at the university.
