Collin Schwartz

Collin Schwartz has over 13 years of work experience in the legal and compliance field. Collin began their career in 2007 as an Attorney at Cassin Cassin & Joseph LLP. In 2008, they moved to Bloomberg LP as a Regulatory Specialist. In 2013, they joined Citi as a Senior Compliance Officer and then in 2014, they were appointed Americas Head of Regulatory Compliance at Deutsche Bank. In 2018, they became the Director, Head of US Regulatory Compliance Management at Scotiabank. In 2020, they held two roles, Regulatory Counsel at Bank of China and Regulatory Counsel/Compliance at BNY Mellon. In 2021, they were appointed General Counsel and Chief Regulatory Officer at TruSight and is currently the General Counsel at SoLo Funds.

Collin Schwartz completed their High School Diploma at George W Hewlett High School in 1993. Collin then went on to earn their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Binghamton University in 1997. Lastly, they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York Law School in 2000. In December 2020, they also obtained a Certified Blockchain Expert\u2122 certification from the Blockchain Council.
