Magno Santos has extensive experience in IT support, with a focus on Office 365. Magno has worked at Solo Network as a Senior Support Analyst for Microsoft 365, handling migration projects and providing support for Microsoft 365 tools. Prior to this, Magno worked at Computécnica Tecnologia as a Support Analyst for Office 365, and at Microcamp as an Assistant Coordinator for IT. Magno is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in IT Quality Management.
