Katie Perez

Katie is an Associate Principal and Project Manager in SCB’s Interior Design studio. Her 12 years of experience is reflected in a diverse portfolio of work which includes workplace, mixed-use, and residential projects. In her role as Project Manager, Katie oversees the interior design process, including production and technical implementation. She serves as the liaison between the SCB design team, consultant and contractor team, and the client, working to ensure the successful delivery of projects, on time and within budget.

Katie’s recent projects include the repositioning of One South Wacker Drive, reimagining the lobby and adding a full floor of tenant amenities to a Class A+ office tower in downtown Chicago; Aspire Residences, a new transit-oriented residential tower in Chicago’s McCormick Square; and the management of numerous projects across the country for Change Healthcare, Corptax, and Huron Consulting Group.
