As an Associate Principal and Senior Project Architect, Sylvie Schnackenburg brings 18+ years of technical and design expertise to the firm, where she has been involved in a variety of large-scale developments in the multifamily residential, hospitality, mixed-use, commercial office, and institutional sectors. In her role as a Senior Project Architect, she oversees projects through all design phases and works closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and applicable agencies to ensure the project’s successful delivery.

Some of Sylvie’s most notable projects include the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Nashville, TN, a 40-story luxury mixed-use development; Hanover Midtown, a mixed-use office and apartment building in Atlanta, GA; Loews North Park Drive, a 50-story luxury hotel and apartment tower; and The Legacy at Millennium Park, a 72-story condominium tower, both in Chicago.

Sylvie is a part of SCB’s quality assurance group and an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). She holds a Diploma of Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Stuttgart, Germany and is a registered architect in Germany and in the US.
