Tero Janne

Tero Janne has extensive work experience in the financial sector, with a focus on capital transformation and debt advisory. Tero is currently the Managing Director and Co-Head of Capital Transformation and Debt Advisory at Solomon Partners since March 2020. Prior to this, they held roles as Managing Director at Stephens from July 2019 to February 2020, and at Rothschild & Co from September 2016 to July 2019. Tero also served as Managing Director at Jefferies & Company from May 2006 to September 2016. Tero started their career at Conway, Del Genio, Gries & Co., LLC as Vice President from 2000 to 2006. Before that, they worked as an Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney from 1998 to 2000, and at Citibank from 1997 to 1998.

Tero Janne completed their BA in Political Science from Haverford College, which took place from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they pursued an MSc. in European Studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1994 to 1995.
