Sivertsen Osnes

Sivertsen Osnes is a project manager at Solon Eiendom, one of Norway's largest project management and construction companies. Their duties include working primarily for property companies that OBOS manages, with tasks such as general project administration, assistance with project administration, project management, and independent control during the execution of all types of construction projects. Sivertsen is also responsible for safety, health, and work environment on construction sites, as well as carrying out activities in accordance with the "Byggherreforskrift" that requires all builders to actively plan and execute construction work. Additionally, Sivertsen Osnes oversees condition reports and maintenance plans for buildings, including conducting reviews of building structures within all disciplines and suggesting remediation measures in priority order with cost estimates. Sivertsen also handles damage reports and needs assessments for maintenance on various building components, assisting with the execution of tasks by developing descriptions, soliciting bids, and performing technical inspections. Finally, Sivertsen Osnes is responsible for redevelopment and rehabilitation projects, including preparing feasibility studies of alternative redevelopment and rehabilitation measures with illustrations and economic calculations. Sivertsen also develops project descriptions, drawings, and public applications; solicits bids; budgets; contracts contractors; and monitors construction progress.

Sivertsen Osnes studied for a Master of Science in Urban Planning and Urban Design at the University of Stavanger, before completing a Master of Science in Urban Design at Aalborg University. Sivertsen also holds a certification from Stanford University in VDC.
