Jacob Ford

Jacob Ford is a seasoned data scientist with a focus on transportation modeling and program evaluation. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Solstice since March 2022, Jacob has previously held roles as a Transportation Modeler for the City of Durham and as a Program Evaluator for the North Carolina General Assembly. Jacob has a strong academic background, holding a Master's Degree in Public Policy Analysis from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Allegheny College. Additionally, Jacob has gained experience through various research positions, including managing a graduate team at The Georgetown Public Policy Review and conducting statistical analyses for projects related to education consulting and universal Pre-K evaluations. Jacob is continuing education with a Computer Science Certificate from Durham Technical Community College and has completed a data science specialization through Coursera.
