Marlon Castro Vélez

Marlon Castro Vélez is currently employed as a Project Engineer at Soltec since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Teleperformance from January 2021 to October 2021 as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, where they resolved technical issues for customers, scheduled service appointments, and provided product installation and usage information. Marlon also gained work experience as an Intern at Sunsolutions de México S.A de C.V from January 2021 to May 2021 and at SABIC from May 2019 to August 2019.

Marlon Castro Vélez has pursued a diverse education history in the field of Renewable Energy Engineering. In 2017, they attended the Universidad Tecnológica de Altamira, where they obtained a TSU degree in Renewable Energies with a focus on Energy Quality and Savings. Marlon continued their education at UTEQ from 2019 to 2021, pursuing a degree in Renewable Energy Engineering. Additionally, in 2021, Marlon took an online course in Wind Energy offered by DTU - Technical University of Denmark, further enhancing their knowledge and skills in the field.
