With experience managing teams of over 500 people, Teresa has expertise in strategic planning, budget management, talent development, and recruitment processes. Teresa holds a Master's degree in Strategic HR Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School and has continued their education with workshops and courses in coaching, talent management, and human resources administration.
