Katja Kaartinen

Katja Kaartinen has extensive work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Katja is currently working at Solteq Plc, where they have held various positions including Director Account Operations and Director, Project and Service Management. Prior to Solteq, they worked at Analyse² as a Director, Customer Success and Senior Retail Consultant. Additionally, they have experience as a Project Manager at Co-Operative Turku and held several roles at SOK Non Food Chain Management / Prisma and S-Market, including Division Manager and Product Range Manager. Katja began their career as an Accounting Assistant at Co-Operative Hämeenmaa. Throughout their career, Kaartinen has demonstrated a strong focus on customer success, project management, and retail industry expertise.

Katja Kaartinen completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Applied Sciences in 1999. Katja then pursued a Master of Business Administration in International Business Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they also obtained a Master's degree in International Economics from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics and from TBS Education. Additionally, they completed an International Business Leadership Programme from Mil Institute Copenhagen Business School in 2011. Katja Kaartinen graduated from High School in 1993 with a Secondary School Graduation.
