David Osuna Góngora

David Osuna Góngora has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. David currently serves as the CFO at Cuatroochenta since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Financial Projects at Servihabitat from March 2018 to December 2018.

Before joining Servihabitat, David was the VP Finance at SQF Group from April 2014 to October 2017. In this role, they were responsible for building a diverse rental portfolio valued over US$250MM with an annual income projection of US$20MM. David successfully issued corporate bonds worth US$200MM, which were placed with institutional investors.

From January 2011 to January 2014, David worked as the Accounting & Finance Manager at Real Estate Catalonia, a division of BBVA. David managed a portfolio of 30 companies with over 17,000 assets costing €3,000 million. David also played a key role in implementing a reporting system for the Board and the Bank of Spain.

David started their career as an Accounting Technician at UNNIM in October 2004 and worked there until December 2010.

David Osuna Góngora has a diverse education history. David first pursued their education at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 1999 to 2006, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Business Administration. In 2008 and 2009, they attended EUNCET and completed a Postgraduate Course in Financial Management.

In 2012, David pursued further education at the IESE Business School, where they completed an Executive MBA program specializing in Business Administration and Management. David also attended the SNL REIT School in New York City in 2014 for a seminar on REIT Valuation. Additionally, in the same year, they participated in an Analysis and Valuation of Real Estate Developments and Properties program at MBA Essentials - Chicago Capital Group.

Continuing their education journey, David also attended a seminar on Real Estate Finance at IESE Business School in 2014.
