Phillip Ng, CFA has a background in corporate development, private equity, transaction advisory, and financial analysis. With experience at companies such as Soluna, Brookstone Partners, Ernst and Young, Deloitte Chile, and Walmart Chile, Phillip has extensive knowledge in strategic M&A advisory, investment sourcing, due diligence, and treasury strategy. With a dual degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Georgia, Phillip is now serving as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Soluna.
