Fredy Wijaya possesses over 19 years of experience in business process management and system integration. Currently serving as the Management System Manager at PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk since October 2019, Fredy ensures the efficiency of business processes across departments while supporting the improvement of process execution through system enhancements. Prior roles include Business System Lead at Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia, where Fredy facilitated requirement gathering between business users and development teams, and Infor BPM Application Consultant positions at Bispro Consulting Indonesia and Prospero Informatika Indonesia, focusing on business process mapping and performance management in telecommunications. Fredy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computerized Accounting System from BINUS University and a high school diploma in Economics.
