Andrea Ascher

Andrea Ascher started their career as an Organizational Development Specialist at TIAA-CREF in 2007. Andrea conducted research on leadership initiatives and collaborated with consultants to implement leadership development programs. In 2008, they joined Americare CSS as a Supervisor, Business Development, where they exceeded expectations by admitting an average of 15 patients per week and improved intake turnaround time. In 2012, they worked as an Account Executive at Fahrenheit IT, where they helped clients in the private and public sector identify top IT talent. Since 2013, they have been working at Solutions By Design II, LLC, first as a Deputy Project Manager and currently as a Director of Talent Acquisition. At SBD, they have been involved in providing IT services to government agencies and commercial enterprises and has certifications in ISO and SEI CMMI-DEV.

Andrea Ascher completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The George Washington University. Subsequently, they pursued an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University from 2006 to 2008.
