Saleh Tareg Al Groony

Saleh Algroony is an experienced executive currently serving as an Executive Board Member at ccc by stc since March 2023, and as Chief People and Corporate Services Officer at solutions by stc since March 2017. Throughout a distinguished career, Saleh has held various leadership roles, including Business Excellence VP and General Manager of People, with a focus on talent development and succession planning. At Saudi Electricity Company, Saleh was instrumental in developing succession planning strategies for top leadership positions and led initiatives to assess talent potential. Saleh's career began at Saudi Aramco as a trainee in employee development. Saleh holds a BS in Computer Science from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and has pursued further education at reputable institutions such as the University of Michigan and IMD.
