Randy Phelps

Randy Phelps has had an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Randy started their career in 2000 at VarTec Telecommunications as a Billing Management. In 2002, they worked at Vartec Telecom in the field of Telecom Billing. From 2000 to 2005, Randy worked at Innovative Telecommunications as a Partner. In 2005, they joined The CMI Group as EVP Operations. From 2008 to 2012, Randy served as the Chief Operating Officer at BillingTree and later became the VP of Business Development. In 2012, they became the President of Authorize Express. In 2015, Randy was appointed as the President of Mainbrook Technologies and also became the Chief Strategy Officer at Solutions by Text. Randy'smost recent role is the COO/Managing Partner at Element since 2018.

Randy Phelps earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Texas at Dallas, where they studied from 1993 to 1995.
