Catarina Honório

Catarina Honório has extensive experience in human resources, starting their career at Sanofi-aventis in 2004 and later joining Banco Primus as an HR Specialist and HR Business Partner. Catarina then moved on to Nokia, where they held various roles such as Global HR Business Partner, Head of HR Connection Americas, and Global HR People Partner. Their responsibilities included strategic HR support, defining and driving the people agenda, and contributing to HR strategy creation. In 2021, they joined Solvay as the Global Head of HR Services, leading a large global HR team responsible for HR services delivery. Throughout their career, Catarina has demonstrated strong leadership, people management, and budget management skills.

Catarina Honório completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Social, Organizational and Human Resources Psychology from the University of Lisbon in 2009. Catarina also holds a Bachelor's degree with two years of specialization in the same field from the University of Lisbon, which they completed in 2005. Additionally, Catarina has obtained certifications in People Analytics, Insights Discovery, Mentorship, Coaching-Education, and Voices 360 from various institutions between 2015 and 2020.
