Teresa Agullo

Teresa Agullo, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Country Talent Acquisition for the USA and Mexico at Solvay since August 2022, where responsibilities include designing and executing talent acquisition strategies and mentoring trainees to enhance hiring processes. Prior to this role, Teresa was a Human Resources Business Partner at MTA Professional Services from June 2005 to August 2022, managing HR functions for high-profile clients and successfully revamping the performance management process at Carl Zeiss Vision. Previously, Teresa worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Partner at Ball Corporation from November 2001 to June 2005, focusing on employee relations and compliance initiatives. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology with Honors from Simmons University and is advancing education at The Wharton School.
