Yan Beynon

Yan Beynon has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Their most recent position was as the Chief Digital Officer at Solvay, where they were a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor and Board Member for several promising startups. They also served as the President and Global Head of Digital at Siemens Healthineers, where they led the digital organization and developed digital health solutions. They held the position of Group VP and Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Nokia, where they defined and drove the overall digital strategy. In previous roles at Roche, they combined the roles of Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Officer and were accountable for driving growth and innovation in the digital health space. They also held various leadership positions at gategroup, République et Canton du Jura, Sunrise GmbH, and AT&T, where they were responsible for IT strategy, digitalization, and network implementation. In addition, they served as a Non-Executive Director for DOMOFEN SA, advising and defining company strategy.

Yan Beynon holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Summa cum laude, in Audio and Video from Ecole d'Ingénieurs de Saint-Imier, obtained in 1993. Yan then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering, Summa cum laude, specializing in Telecommunications at HEIG-VD, completing it in 1997. In 2013, they attended IMD for the Program for Executive Development (PED), focusing on the transition from functional to General Management. In 2014, they participated in the Transition to Business Leadership (TBL) program at IMD, emphasizing Business Executive Leadership.
