Social Media and Content Manager Job Description

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Description: Solve.Care, an emerging Blockchain company is seeking a dynamic Manager, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media and content of the platform.  This role involves creating, curating, and managing published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms and ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy Development:
    • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
    • Define the most important social media KPIs.
    • Manage and oversee social media content.
    • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  2. Content Creation and Curation:
    • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms.
    • Curate content from other sources relevant to the brand.
    • Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis.
    • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  3. Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
    • Manage budgets for social media activities.
    • Analyze the performance of social media campaigns, including key metrics and results.
  4. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
    • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
    • Analyze data and generate reports on social media performance and trends.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on social media analytics.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  6. Brand Management:
    • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages.
    • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in working with Web3 Blockchain companies.
  • Knowledge of crypto will be an added advantage.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Manager.
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with web design.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing software and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Experience in influencer marketing.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
