Florian Bächle

Florian Bächle has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a civilian service worker at Caritas, sheltered Workshop (WfbM) in 2003. Florian then pursued their PhD at the University of Basel from 2010 to 2014, where they focused on the development of ESI-MS-based screening methods for organocatalyzed reactions and conducted synthesis of organic molecules. Following their PhD, they worked at Dottikon Exclusive Synthesis AG from 2014 to 2018, initially as the Head of Laboratory, Process Development and later as a Project Manager R&D. Currently, Florian is employed at Solvias since 2018, holding the position of Leading Scientist & Product Manager Ligands.

Florian Bächle has a strong educational background in chemistry. Florian pursued their undergraduate studies at Heidelberg University from 2004 to 2010, earning a Diploma in Chemistry. During this time, they also completed a Diploma Thesis in Organic Chemistry at the Laboratory of Prof. Dr. Günther Helmchen, located at the University of Heidelberg.

In addition to their academic achievements, Florian Bächle holds a certification as a Product Focus Certified Product Manager, obtained from Product Focus in July 2018.
