Jeanne van Assche

Jeanne Van Assche has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different organizations. In 2011, they worked as a QC Technician at Carhartt for one month. In 2013, they worked as a QC Laboratory Technician at ProRheno AG for one month. In 2014, they were a Research and Development Technician at Brasserie de Saint-Louis for two months, focusing on the influence of water composition on beer. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Nursing Assistant at REHAB Basel. In 2017, they briefly served as a Research Assistant at Université de Strasbourg. In 2018, they became a Research Engineer at the same university for six months. From 2019 to 2019, they were a PhD student at University College Dublin. In 2021, they worked as a Research Assistant Professor at Université de Strasbourg for one year. Jeanne also completed their PhD while at the university, with a research focus on controlling HIV-1 latency using the cellular factor CTIP2. Since 2022, they have been employed at Solvias, where they initially worked as a Virology Assistant Laboratory for ten months. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the University of Strasbourg in the field of Biologie moléculaire (Molecular Biology), which began in 2018 and is expected to be completed by 2022.
