Stéphanie Hoy

Stéphanie Hoy has a diverse work experience history spanning different companies and roles. Stéphanie is currently working at Solvias as a Customer Project Leader for Large Molecules and ATMP. Prior to this, Stéphanie worked at Confarma France (Solvias group) where they held the positions of Coordinateur Projet Client and Responsable de Laboratoire Physico-Chimie (Lab Head). In the latter role, they led a team of 7 technicians, planned daily physico-chemistry analyses, and communicated with customers worldwide in English and German.

Before joining Confarma France, Stéphanie worked at Novartis as a Downstream Process Expert and a Spécialiste Procédé de Purification. In these roles, they planned and performed lab-scale studies, contributed to process characterization and tech transfer, and drafted project-related documents in French and English. Additionally, they provided regulatory and technical support for DSP activities within manufacturing and handled deviations and CAPA management.

Prior to Novartis, Stéphanie was a TA in Protein Science/Purification and Formulation Development at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals. Stéphanie'sresponsibilities included developing and optimizing purification processes for biopharmaceutical proteins, manufacturing drug substances for clinical studies, and implementing new technology for protein concentration.

Stéphanie also gained experience during a Master degree internship at Roche Diagnostics, where they worked on the chemical derivatization of antibodies and the preparation of F(ab')2-fragments for immunoassays. Stéphanie started their career with an internship at Alcon Laboratories, Inc., where they validated a pump filtration system and carried out validation tests for sterility testing of ophthalmological products.

Overall, Stéphanie Hoy has demonstrated expertise in project leadership, physico-chemistry analysis, downstream process optimization, protein purification, and validation in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

Stéphanie Hoy obtained their Master's degree/Ingenieur in Biotechnology from ENSTBB Bordeaux INP, completing their education in this field from 2008 to 2011.
