Alexis Barton

Alexis Barton has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Alexis started their career as a Senior Sales Executive at Medical Diagnostic Laboratories, L.L.C. (MDL) in 2018. In the same year, they joined Addison Group as a Healthcare Executive Search Consultant, specializing in medical revenue cycle, patient financial services, clinical management, and healthcare administration.

In 2019, Alexis moved to USA Vein Clinics, Vascular, Fibroid and Oncology Centers, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Alexis later became the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Manager in 2020.

Following their tenure at USA Vein Clinics, Alexis joined Somatus in 2021 as a Recruiter and was subsequently promoted to Lead Recruiter in July 2022.

Alexis Barton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Loyola University Chicago, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
