Colleen Kidd has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Colleen currently holds the position of Director of Population Health at Somatus. Prior to this, they worked at naviHealth, first as a Clinical Team Manager, where they led a team of care managers and maintained facility relationships and standards. Colleen then became a Sr. Learning & Development Specialist, responsible for creating and facilitating internal and external learning experiences and modules. Colleen also oversaw project management and mentorship.

Before naviHealth, Colleen worked as a Clinical Resource Coordinator at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where they handled various clinical responsibilities. Prior to that, they served as an ED RN Case Manager at Temple University Hospital, where they focused on utilization review and management and collaborated with physicians and nurses.

Colleen's work experience also includes a temporary position as an RN Case Manager at Albert Einstein Medical Center, where they performed utilization review and discharge planning. Colleen began their career as an RN Case Manager at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where they handled case management duties, utilization review and management, discharge planning, and collaboration with physicians.

Colleen also has experience in home healthcare, serving as a Case Manager, Discharge Planner, and Homecare RN at Jeanes Home Health. Additionally, they worked as a Pool RN at Nazareth Hospital and as a School and Summer Camp Nurse at Abington Friends School.

From 1993 to 1995, they studied at the Community College of Philadelphia and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.

Later, from 2012 to 2015, they attended Immaculata University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. In the same period, they also obtained a BSN degree from Immaculata University.

In addition to their education, Colleen obtained certification as a Certified Case Manager from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) in May 2012.
