Shane Sciples, CSM®, has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2011, Shane interned as an Account Executive at Sabre Supply, LLC. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Representative for University Directories, where they acquired valuable sales training and experience.

In 2013, Shane joined Mr. Cooper as an Operations Analyst, specializing in Business Systems Architecture. Shane led meetings with users to define requirements and evaluate operational objectives. Shane also managed defect management throughout the entire life cycle.

From 2014 to 2015, Shane worked at HMS as an Operations Analyst, gaining experience in product line implementations and creating processes that significantly improved efficiency and revenue. Shane then moved on to become an Engineering Analyst, contributing to department yield and managing a team.

In 2016, Shane returned to Mr. Cooper as a Senior Financial Analyst, supporting reporting conversion and delivering new reports. Later that year, they joined HMS again as a Supervisor and subsequently as a Manager, focusing on COB Yield and Recovery Implementations. In these roles, Shane achieved impressive results, generating revenue, improving migration processes, and strengthening performance metrics tracking.

From 2019 to 2020, Shane served as a Senior Manager at HMS, overseeing Recovery Implementations & Technology. In this role, they directed day-to-day operations, leading a team that generated significant revenue and successfully migrated clients to a new platform.

From 2021 to 2022, Shane worked at Bright Health as a Manager in Reporting & Analytics, before joining Somatus in 2023 as a Senior Manager in Ops Analytics.

Shane Sciples, CSM®, received their B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business in the years 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Texas State University from 2008 to 2009, focusing on Business Administration and Management, but did not complete a specific degree. In addition to their formal education, Shane has obtained the following certifications: "Python Quick Start" from LinkedIn in November 2022, and the "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2017.
