Darrien Dantzler

Darrien Dantzler has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. In 2014, they started working as a Cashier/Trainer at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where they facilitated coaching sessions, conducted quality verification, and improved store performance through sales forecasting. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Barista at Starbucks, demonstrating high quality customer service and superior product knowledge. They then transitioned to a role as an Operations Specialist at Northern Virginia Community College from 2018 to 2020, focusing on operational tasks. Following this, they joined Shelter House, Inc in 2020 as a Support Coordinator, providing support to clients, and later became a Case Manager in 2021. In 2021, they also worked as a Residential Counselor at Cornerstones for a few months. Currently, Darrien is an Office Assistant at Somatus since July 2022.

Darrien Dantzler attended Hayfield Secondary from 2007 to 2013, where they studied Marketing. After completing their studies at Hayfield Secondary, they enrolled in Northern Virginia Community College in 2014. As of now, Darrien Dantzler is pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Psychology at Northern Virginia Community College.
