Mahogany Johnson

Mahogany Johnson started their work experience as a Human Resource Administrative Assistant at ENGIE North America Inc. in November 2018. In this role, they provided support to the Human Resource Department on their daily work duties, greeted guests, answered company phone calls, and transferred calls to the appropriate department. Mahogany then transitioned to the role of Total Rewards Coordinator in February 2019, where they managed various aspects of employee rewards and benefits programs until November 2021. From November 2021 to April 2022, Mahogany worked as a Total Rewards Analyst, focusing on compensation and benefits analysis. Most recently, in April 2022, they joined Somatus as a Benefits & Compensation Analyst.
