Mr. Kuang joined Somerley in April, 2019. Mr. Kuang graduated from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick with a Master degree of Economics and Finance in 2006, and from School of Finance, Renmin University of China with a Bachelor degree of Economics in 2005. He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst of the CFA Institute and a Financial Risk Manager of the Global Association of Risk Professionals since 2014. Prior to joining Somerley, Mr. Kuang worked in audit department of KPMG, Anglo Chinese Corporate Finance and Pioneer Capital & Solutions, with last position as Director.

This includes acting as arranger in connection with the introduction of investors to listed companies in Hong Kong and/or their major shareholders in a takeover transaction; • acting as independent financial adviser to independent board committees and/or independent shareholders of listed companies; •acting as sponsor to clients pursuing an IPO. Somerley Capital is also a licensed sponsor with three registered Principals and a professional team specialised in providing sponsorship services; and • acting as compliance adviser, mostly for newly listed companies in Hong Kong
