Mark D.

Mark D. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark started their career at Unisys in 2004 as an IT Support professional and worked there until 2009. From 2000 to 2009, they also worked as an IT Field Engineer at WMC Resources. In 2011, they joined Incitec Pivot as a Service Desk Team Leader and later took on the role of Acting IT Operations Manager APAC. In 2012, they became a Field Engineer Team Lead before leaving the company. From 2014 to 2016, Mark D. worked at RSL Care as a Service Desk Team Leader. In 2016, they joined Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie) as a Senior Service Desk Officer and remained with the school until 2023. Currently, Mark D. holds the position of Operations Lead, Senior Systems Administrator at Somerville House.

Mark D. attended St Edmund's College Ipswich from 2002 to 2003 but did not pursue a degree or a specific field of study during their time there.
