Theresa Hennesy

Theresa Hennesy joined the Board of Directors in March 2018. Theresa serves as Chair of the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. She is a technology executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Theresa most recently served as Senior Vice President and Group Technical Advisor for Comcast Cable, where she led strategic initiatives for the engineering executive team and worked closely with executive leadership on efforts to accelerate growth and improve customers’ experience. While at Comcast Cable, Theresa also led the company’s cyber security, data protection and technology risk management efforts as the Interim Chief Information Security Officer.

Prior to her time at Comcast Cable, Theresa’s career in telecommunications included senior executive positions in technical and network operations at Vonage, Verisign, Primus Telecommunications and Cable & Wireless USA. Theresa has served on a number of industry boards, including boards for the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS), the FCC – Communications, Security, Reliability and Interoperability Council (CSRIC) and the FCC – Technical Advisory Council.
