Ufuk Dogus Gul

Ufuk Dogus Gul is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across global HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Sompo Holdings (Asia) since October 2022, Ufuk transitioned from Tokyo to Istanbul to lead new initiatives following the establishment of a regional headquarters. Prior to this role, Ufuk held a Global Human Resources Manager position at Sompo Holdings, Inc., overseeing HR projects in multiple countries. Experience also includes roles at Avon, Mercer, and BNP Paribas, where responsibilities encompassed HRIS management, compensation and benefits strategies, performance management systems, and project management across various industries. Ufuk holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Bahcesehir University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Dokuz Eylul University.
