Kathleen Ratcliffe

Kathleen Ratcliffe has a diverse and extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Kathleen started their career at Willis Re in 2002 as a VP, Treaty Reinsurance Broker, where they worked until 2006. Kathleen then joined Gallagher Re as SVP, Treaty Reinsurance Broker from 2006 to 2008, followed by a role at AIG as AVP, International Environmental Liability from 2008 to 2009. Kathleen then worked at StarStone Insurance as VP Underwriting, Excess Casualty & Environmental Liability from 2009 to 2011, and briefly as Head of U.S. Ceded Re in 2011. Kathleen then moved to QBE North America, where they served as the VP, U.S. Excess Casualty Underwriting Manager from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, Kathleen joined Tokio Marine America as VP, U.S. Large Casualty Underwriting Manager until 2017. Currently, they are working at Sompo International, starting as Vice President - Global Risk Solutions, Umbrella Underwriting Team Leader, and later promoted to SVP Global Risk Solutions, Umbrella Underwriting Team Leader.

Kathleen Ratcliffe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Plymouth State University.
