Kevin Green

Kevin Green has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Kevin most recently served as the Vice President of Reinsurance at Sompo International since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Canopius Group for 20 years, starting in December 1999. During their time at Canopius Group, they held the position of Senior Treaty Casualty Underwriter and was responsible for underwriting a profitable International casualty treaty portfolio. Kevin had a particular focus on motor insurance, but also gained experience in International liability classes on an excess of loss basis. Kevin handled portfolios in various regions, including the Caribbean, Southern Europe, the UK, Australia, NZ, MENA, and South Africa. Before joining Canopius Group, they worked at DUNCANSON AND HOLT UNDERWRITERS LTD., where they held the roles of Assistant Underwriter from February 1997 to December 1999, and Claims from September 1995 to February 1997.

Kevin Green attended Wilmington Grammar School for Boys from 1985 to 1992. Kevin then pursued a degree in Historical and Political Studies at The University of Huddersfield from 1992 to 1995.
