Neville Weston

Neville Weston has extensive work experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Neville is currently serving as the Head of Global Distribution and Product Development at Sompo International since September 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded Helix Underwriting Partners Ltd. in 2018 and held the positions of Chairman and Non-Executive Director. From 2019 to 2021, Neville was the Vice Chairman of Aon Reinsurance Bermuda at Aon. Neville spent a significant portion of their career at Aeolus Capital Management as a Partner from 2009 to 2019. Before that, they held roles at Guy Carpenter, including Managing Director from 2008 to 2009 and Senior Vice President from 2005 to 2008.

Neville Weston obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management Information Systems, with a focus on General studies, from Bournemouth University between 1991 and 1995.
