Ramon Ginori

Ramon "Ray" Ginori, CFSA, CFE, has a substantial work experience in the field of internal audit, with a focus on financial controls and compliance. Ramon "Ray" started their career at MetLife in 1999 as a Senior Supervising Auditor, and later held positions at Citigroup as VP Audit Manager and Cushman & Wakefield as a Financial Audit Manager. In 2007, they joined Financial Security Assurance (FSA) as AVP Internal Audit, and then moved to AIG Property Casualty in 2009 as Asst. Director of Financial Controls & Compliance/ Federal Reserve Supervision.

In 2014, Ginori joined QBE North America as Vice President of Internal Audit, and eventually became the Head of Internal Audit for Latin America at QBE Insurance in 2016. In 2019, they transitioned to Bupa Global as the Head of Internal Audit for Latin America.

Most recently, in April 2022, Ginori joined Sompo International as Vice President and Audit Director. Their extensive experience and knowledge in internal audit make him a valuable asset in the field.

Ramon "Ray" Ginori, CFSA, CFE holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Florida International University - College of Business, which was completed from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution, completing it from 1988 to 1991.
