Todd Corey

Todd Corey has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Todd started their career in 1999 at Ford Marrin Esposito Witmeyer & Gleser LLP as an Attorney At Law. Todd then moved on to work as a Solicitor at Arnander Irvine & Zietman, where they litigated multi-jurisdictional financial fraud cases and advised on various E.U. matters. Todd continued their role as a Solicitor at Howrey LLP, gaining experience in litigating financial fraud cases and advising clients on U.K. insurance coverage issues. Todd joined Steptoe & Johnson LLP as a Solicitor, and later transitioned to Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP as an Associate in the Insurance Regulatory Practice Group. In 2008, they began their tenure at Sompo International as a Senior Counsel, providing legal advice on noncontentious and contentious compliance and business issues impacting the company's global operations. Todd progressively grew within the company, eventually becoming an Executive Vice President & General Counsel, with responsibilities for global markets. Todd's work experience showcases their expertise in M&A, corporate governance, board advisory, and international legal matters.

Todd Corey attended Syracuse University College of Law from 1996 to 1999 and obtained a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude. Prior to that, they attended the University of Washington from 1994 to 1996 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
