Monica Anderson

Monica Anderson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Office Manager at Son of a Saint since November 2023. Monica founded Water Colored Pearls in October 2018, focusing on promoting self-esteem and empowerment among young individuals. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Monica owns La' Boutique House of Fashion, LLC, and Cakes & Desserts by Monica, LLC, winning the 2017 National Small Business Association Championship for baking excellence. Monica previously worked as a Security Ambassador and Social Committee Co-Chair at Boys Town, where responsibilities included ensuring staff safety and coordinating employee engagement activities. Prior roles also include General Manager at St. Vincent Guest House and various administrative positions at Children's Hospital New Orleans, including Fellowship Program Coordinator of Orthopedics.
