Kevin Butler is a seasoned business owner and financial executive with extensive experience in commercial real estate financing and marine financial services. As the principal owner of 4 Bridges Home Loans and 4 Bridges Structural Steel, Kevin specializes in a diverse range of financing solutions, including barge and work boat leasing. Kevin has held significant leadership roles, including Regional Executive Vice President at ONE AMERICAN BANK, where responsibilities included managing a $2.1 billion annual production in commercial and residential real estate. Kevin has also served as a founding board member of Hammerjacks Entertainment Group and has a strong background in retail mortgage operations across various financial institutions. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland.
