Carolina Mesquita

Carolina Mesquita is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and engagement with a progressive career spanning over a decade. Currently, as the Talent Attraction & Engagement Team Lead at Sonae Sierra since January 2025, Carolina leads and mentors a team to meet recruitment objectives and enhance engagement scores. Previously, as Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager at Keyrus, Carolina facilitated communication with stakeholders and strategically addressed hiring needs. Carolina also served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Devoteam, where leadership and strategic alignment with company goals were key focuses. Earlier roles include Senior Consultant Permanent Placement and Recruiter at Adecco, as well as experience as a Clinical Psychologist in the Portuguese Navy, where psychological evaluation and therapy were primary responsibilities. Carolina holds a Licentiate Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Évora and further qualifications from the Portuguese Family Therapy Society and ISLA.
