Emily Glaze is the VP of Customer Success at Sonar. Emily previously served as the VP of Customer Experience at SingleOps, where they were responsible for managing a book of 50 customers and $1.6MM in annual recurring revenue. Glaze achieved the goal of 65% gross retention in Q4 2018 and exceeded in quarterly goals of engaging Executives within accounts and running platform demos (when the new platform was released) consistently throughout 2018. Emily was also responsible for running calls twice a month with each customer, as well as quarterly business reviews where they dove deep into the metrics they were seeing in the platform, ROI of the tool, and strategic recommendations going forward. In addition, Glaze was responsible for identifying, driving, and closing expansion/upsell opportunities within their book of business. At SingleOps, Glaze led peers in meetings every Wednesday where they discussed outstanding roadblocks and helped each other solve problems. Emily also participated in bi-weekly product feedback meetings to ensure the product team was hearing from their customers. Prior to SingleOps, Glaze served as the Manager of Client Success at Gather and the Manager of the Customer Success Team at Terminus: Account-Based Marketing.

Emily Glaze has a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Economics from The University of Georgia. Emily is certified in Account-Based Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn.

Emily Glaze reports to Brad Smith, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Jack McGlinchey - Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, Danny Garcia - VP, Sales, and Vincent Silvey - SVP, Software Engineering.
