Rokhaya Gueye

Rokhaya Gueye is a Senegalese legal affairs director and lawyer. Rokhaya has worked for several law firms, including their own, since 1992. In 2007, they became the head of governance for the telecommunications company SONATEL, a position they held for six years. In their current role as director of regulation and legal affairs, they are responsible for compliance with national and international regulations.

Rokhaya Gueye has a degree in Business Law from the Université des Sciences sociales (Toulouse I), a Master's degree in Business Law from the Université des Sciences sociales (Toulouse I), and a DEA in Private Law from the Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar.

Rokhaya Gueye reports to Sékou Drame, Managing Director, Sonatel Group. They work with Alioune Kane - Director of Strategy & Transformation, Racky Sada Wane - Director of Information Systems, and Binera Dior Beye - Chief Finances Officer.
